Streusel Coffee Cake

Preheat oven to 375

Dry Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup granulated sugar
2 tsp baking Powder
1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Streusel Topping
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 tsp ground cinnamon


Stir the dry ingredients together, then place in mixing bowl
Combine wet ingredients, then add to dry ingredients
Mix well with electric mixer
Turn into a greased 9x9x2 baking dish
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter
Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes
